What is Yoga Therapy?

Defintion

Yoga therapy is a form of integrative healthcare that uses the principles and practices of yoga to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves working one-on-one with a qualified yoga therapist who tailors a customised program of yoga practices, including physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation, to meet the individual needs and goals of the client.

Therapeutic Yoga Classes

Either 1:1 or with a Buddy, enjoy a therapeutic Yoga practice with movement, breath work and meditation. After an initial session, the practice will be tailored to your needs.

Weekly Group Meditation

Join me for a weekly Yoga Nidra practice. This meditation is practiced lying down. Experience the power of the practice yourself. I am offering a free intro once a month.
