My vision is that you can dance freely like nobody is watching. I am not only bringing the concepts of the Asana (Posture) practice to the dance world, it’s also about the mindset, the energy and living your best life in the present moment.
Feeling the music, moving to the rhythm and connecting to yourself first before you connect with a dance partner.
I am teaching in person workshops. If you would like to start with a practice right away I have some tools for that I brought together in form of an online course for dancers. Yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and energy work.
